Western Culinary Institute's restaurant Bleu is staffed by instructors and students from the following Programs: Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts and Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management.

Both the restaurant and the café are located on the first floor of the historic Galleria Building, home to WCI's classrooms, in downtown Portland.

Bleu
Restaurant Bleu offers formal dining for both lunch and dinner. Incorporating both classic and contemporary cuisines, meals are created by our advanced culinary students and served by advanced restaurant-management students.

Dining is open to the public Tuesday through Friday. Five-course lunches are $14.95, three-course lunches are $10.95 and five-course dinners are $24.95. Reservations are recommended. Café Bleu
An upscale pâtisserie, Café Bleu offers coffee, tea, pastries, breads, soups, sandwiches, salads, and other treats prepared by students and staff in the Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie & Baking Program. It's open to the public Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
